On request, a bicycle helmet and a bicycle lock are included in the price of our e-bikes. When renting for 2 days or more, a charger is always included. All our e-bikes are equipped with bottle holders and flat pedals (platform pedals).

The frame sizes of our e-bikes are all listed in US sizes “S to XL”. To book via our online shop or on site, you only need your height in cm and we will be happy to advise you. All bikes also have an adjustable saddle and are parked on site with you.

With a hardtail, you get an e-bike with a suspension fork on the front wheel. A Fully is a full-suspension e-bike and therefore has both front and rear suspension. The Fully is therefore even better suited for off-road driving.

That is no problem at all. In our shop, you will receive a briefing on your e-bike from our team and we will set it up perfectly for you. Getting started is therefore easy and safe even for non-e-bikers.

Unsere E-Bikes können ganz einfach über eine normale Steckdose geladen werden. Du hast die Möglichkeit, das Ladekabel direkt am Rahmen anzuschließen oder kannst auch den Akku mit einem Schlüssel ausbauen. Der Akku lässt sich dann bequem wie ein Handy über Nacht wieder aufladen. Für eine vollständige Ladung musst du ca. 8 Stunden einplanen. Bei Mehrtagesmieten kannst Du das Bike entweder mit in deine Unterkunft nehmen oder bei uns über Nacht im Shop abgegeben und wir laden es dann wieder für Dich auf.

The weight limit is specified by the manufacturer and is a safety-relevant factor. Spokes, rims and brake systems are very stressed, especially on e-bikes, due to higher speeds and higher weight. Overload can result in falls and accidents.

Multi-day rent is defined as rent for several days in direct succession.

Please don't drive e-bikes through water. Please do not ride single trails and downhill routes with our hardtail e-bikes. Please don't jump or ride downhill routes with our Fullys.
